I had the buffet at this restaurant on a weekday, and it was a huge disappointment. The food was not fresh at all—it seemed like it was carried over from the previous day. Most dishes were cold and lacked any flavor, making it a complete waste of money. I had tried their buffet earlier on a weekend, and it was decent, but this time was a completely different experience. Strongly recommend avoiding this place, at least on weekdays!

This place has become so disappointing. I won’t be coming back again. Food is very tasty but the tables are dirty and there are LOADS of flies that are really irritating whilst trying to eat. The burning of excessive amounts of incense doesn’t really get rid of the flies and makes breathing difficult.

Another disappointing visit to Sakonis wembley. There is no customer service and you have to ask for everything including asking them to take your order , ask them for water , ask them for your bill etc. There is a clear divide between those that take a buffet and those that order off the menu as those having buffet have much more attention. Sorry Sakonis last time i visit there. Lost a customer of 20 years.

Seriously overpriced buffet and a la cart dishes compared to other similar restaurants in Wembley and Harrow and, even compared to Sakonis in other areas. Tired, stale cold or reheated looking buffet. Dishes slow to arrive and you lose the appetite by the time buffet is topped up.

A great meal. A Saturday Point to note. Breakfast is 9am to 11am. They close the restaurent 11am to 12pm before opening again. This is not reflected in the times posted on google.

When we went for buffet we checked price online and it was 15.50 and till date it is the same and when we finished our meal they charged us 23 pounds. They are robbing people.

I recently visited Sakonis in Wembley with friends, and it was an amazing experience! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, perfect for a relaxed dining experience. The variety of vegetarian dishes was impressive, and every dish we tried was fresh, flavorful, and authentic. One standout was the Mango Ice, which was absolutely delicious! It had the perfect balance of sweetness and creaminess, making it a must-try dessert. I sincerely hope this stays on the menu permanently because I will definitely be coming back for it. The service was friendly and efficient, ensuring we had a great time. Whether you're a fan of Indian street food or looking for a casual dining spot with friends, Sakonis is the place to be. I’ll definitely be visiting again on weekends! Highly recommend!

Ambience is welcoming with a mix of vintage and modern. Food was warm. Service was great. We went in for a breakfast buffet which runs until 11 AM. There was puri, idli, dosa, dhokla, upma. Dessert choice was limited with just jalebi. Hot masala chai was great though. I would definitely come again for lunch buffet next time and recommend it to my family and friends. Thanks and keep up the good service and food.

Once of the favorite place for all kind of meal at under one roof. I have divided my review in 3 categories Firstly staff falguni and Salvi Both are highly professional and kind highly appreciated while I want to include back end entire team. Thanks to all. Food :- if you like Asian food then saknois would be best destinations must visit. Atmosphere:- all good. Conclusion:- very good in all aspects

Excellent service but can be extremely busy and packed on a Friday night but what can I say , we come for tasty food , we are 1000%satisfied .staff are really helpful and polite!!! Thank you 🤩 excellent sakonis!!!

Disappointing Experience - Rude Staff I recently visited this restaurant and was highly disappointed with the behavior of the staff. One of the staff members, wearing glasses, was extremely rude to us. Their attitude was unprofessional and made us feel unwelcome. It's a shame because the food and ambiance were great, but the poor service really ruined the experience. I hope they address this issue as it’s important to treat customers with respect.

I wish I could give zero stars for the appalling service at this restaurant. From the moment we sat down, the tall waiter assigned to our table made it clear we were an inconvenience. He greeted us with an annoyed expression and a dismissive attitude, as if serving us was beneath him. Throughout the meal, he avoided eye contact, rolled his eyes at simple requests, and acted like we were wasting his time. The atmosphere felt tense because of his rude demeanor, and it completely ruined what should have been an enjoyable dining experience. It was evident he had no interest in doing his job, and his lack of professionalism was shocking. Restaurants are about good food and hospitality, but here we only got hostility. I’d never return or recommend this place to anyone unless they replace their staff with people who actually care.

We had our evening snacks here: pani puri, Punjabi samosa, and Indian coffee. The food was okay overall. However, the Punjabi samosa was frozen inside, so I complained, and they kindly removed it from the bill. The Indian coffee was made with powdered milk instead of fresh milk, which was disappointing. On the bright side, the pani puri was excellent!
